Braintree Fireboat
"FIRE  RESCUE 1"
Braintree, MA is a community located south of Boston.
The Braintree Fire Department got a grant in 2016 and took delivery of a new
Munson 34' Packman landing craft style fireboat in Sept 2017.
The boat is powered by twin Yamaha 300 HP outboards.
It has a 350 HP pump capable of 1500 gpm with 3 deckguns.
It includes a 7500 KW generator and room for 2 patients.
The boat will be kept at the Braintree Yacht Club on the
Weymouth Fore River near Quincy Ave & Gordon Rd.
